It really grinds me up when I see news of corporations being severely greedy. Your employees know that you have to run a business and yes that takes a lot of work. BUT! If you do not have your employees you will not have a business to run.
McDonald's the Rome Empire in fast food will have to raise food prices by 20% if they raise pay to 15.00hr. Someone with a business degree please help me understand in the comments below. If McDonald's is a Billion dollar company, why would it need to raise food prices. There are several different areas in that business and the first thing they go for is to punish the consumer. I personally do not eat McDonald's because its not healthy for you and they serve EXTRA process foods.
I know some people do eat at and they eat tMcDonald's faithfully. If there is a meal for 5.99 you then pay 7.19. This just puts greed all in the mix. They should be called McGreeds. On average a fast food worker makes 18,000 or less depending on which state you live in.
We know some people may look at this as a high school job, but some people this is their career. They have been working for the company for over 10 years with no raises.
Where they do that at?
McDonald's you already sell deathly foods, you can at least show your appreciation for your workers by paying them, before you see your fast food dream business go down like the Empire of Rome. Tell me how this is fair???
