New prank show from Brazil... some SCARY ish... When will America pick this up?... Hilarious! Bunches of laughs

I think if this prank was pulled on me I would start beating someone up.  This would scare the ish out of me no lie, but I wouldn't go down without a fight.

Imagine... your on a elevator, singing a little tune in your head.  The lights start flickering on/off...on/off...on/off.  You don't think nothing of it, it may just be an electrical thing; things like that happen all the time.  Next, the lights shut completely off for half a second and when the lights come back on... you see a small child just sitting there.  What do you do? Do you scream? Do you beat her up? Then she starts screaming; I will already tell you what I would do, I'm going to scream with her and we going to be screaming together until the elevator door open.  

Its not going to be to long before a network in America to pick this show up, for America can't come up with their own ideas we have to take them from other people and put some Amercian salt on it. When it does make it to America's TV I hope it stays the same because this ish is scary and great .

Wow! 9 yr old loses 66lbs

Mom takes matters in her own hands with her child's weight lose.  Childhood obesity is very much on the rise and adults unhealthy eating habits are trinkling down on our kids. 
I always get looked at funny when I say I do not let my kids have very little chips, candy, and only give soda on special occasions.  As a parent you want your kids to experience the fun things in life, but when it comes to healthy eating it can take kids further in life.  You can't raise your kids all your life, with kids who are overweight 5-17 year old 70% of youth had at least one risk factor for cardiovascular disease ( www.CDC.gov). So give them healthy foods and make it fun and exciting, not nasty and boring, eating healthy can be delicous and fun.  You will be surprised at the tasty foods that are healthy and you dont eat them, you rather go get a hamburger from Burger King cause its quick, but Lord only knows whats in that beef.  This is preventable disease, which means we can make choices on if we want to eat healthy or not. It can be a hard road for someone, but WE can do it! It can start with adults first; cutting out high fat grams and less sugar as possible is a way to start. Exercise with your family; with the 9 year old girl from California she walked 4 miles every other day and runs/walks 1hr 30min on a treadmill. If your kids are experiencing this be encouraging cause it ain't easy; they look for you for guidance so let's be the example.  So I want to give a shout to this girl Breanna who has overcome a challange, YOU GO GIRL!

Aaaahh! Still havent made a Christmas dinner menu!

The time is coming soon when you have to have another dinner, whether your throwing a Christmas dinner or a Christmas party. 
Here some ideas to show off to your guest and make people envy you. 
1. Homemade bean dip (appetizer)
2. Crablegs/sweet butter sauce
3. Dressing
  These are great items you can add on too. Try corn, sweet potato fries,  and salad to go with meal.
Your meal doesn't have to be complicated make it flavorful yet simple. 
The drank! Since its the holiday this is the perfect drink.  Moscato a scoop of ice cream, a shot of vodka. (drizzle a little grenadine for pretty decor. ) Serve in a medium to large goblet glass. 
Let's not forget about desserts! Cupcakes and ice cream sandwiches to make it sweet and succulent.

Okay enough of the kids now, let's talk about what he really wants for Christmas.  All men aren't the same, so you would really need to know your man if you want to get him that perfect gift. 
If your a possessive type of woman and like for your man to look nice; instead of buying him clothes get him gift card to a place that sells nice clothing he likes . 
If your man loves playing video games, but you absolutely hate it; dont worry he'll love you even more if u get him a gift card to game stop or game Xchange. Even better a year subscription to gamefly, he will be feeding you grapes.  Big balling women can get the game counsel on the kid list or iPads but those are given most men like some electronics or tools. Spice it up a bit and present the gift in a sexy way; like laying on the bed naked with the ipdad and a red bow on your V Spot. So if you like showing you love through money that would b perfect for you. 
You can do sexy lingerie, but  any holiday is expected so giving up the V Spot is icing on the cake to your wonderful gift.
Stay away frm cologne and  and picture in frames with you and him in the pic.  What a boring gift and that completely says I had know idea what to get you lol.  Be personal, get what he wants and what he likes not what you think he wants or likes.

World AIDS Day December 1st 2012

Hey guys, I just want to share an issue with you that often gets swept under the rug, HIV/AIDS.  Most people, even you, may think whoever get HIV/AIDS has done so on their own and that they knew their actions at the time would cause this disease; That is often not the case. This disease does not care what color you are, your economic status, nor age.  Most people who get infected are the kids under 15. We have a way to beat HIV/AIDS by the way of INFORMING. People are still dying, suffering, and in pain. There is not a cure for AIDS yet, but medications are a lot cheaper in this day in age.  Although life expectancy is a lot longer, getting people to be aware is the problem. This is not a livable disease. Without the proper medication you will experience serious complications.  Encouraging your friends to get tested is a great start.  It can happen to you so be honest with your partner and yourself.
